David John Blackwell, 67, of Pasadena, MD. passed away on February 16, 2007 on his boat in Arnold, MD.

Beloved companion of Diana L. Meekins of Pasadena MD, he is also survived by his devoted first wife Kathleen E. Rodda and her mother Marjorie Rodda both of Prince Frederick, MD. Father of Marjorie Stallings and her husband Gerald of Easton, MD, John Blackwell and his wife Linda of Sterling, VA, and the late Michael Blackwell. Grandfather of Jennifer, Kaley, and Alex Blackwell, he is also survived by his siblings, Patricia Barton of Springfield, VA and Charles Blackwell of Chicago II. Mr. Blackwell was born on July 1, 1939 in Washington D.C, to the late Cecil and Barbara Hartshern Blackwell. He was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. A Memorial service wag held on Wednesday February 21, 2007, 7 P.M. at the Rausch Funeral Home, Port Republic, MD.
