Doris Elphine Young, 88 of Colton's Point, MD died May 8, 2011 at Taylor Farms Assisted Living, Bushwood, MD.

Born July 30, 1922 in Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Asa Pinkard and Annie (Neale) Pinkard.

Doris is survived by her children; Connie Kahl and Glenn Young, grandchildren; Wendy, Shelby, Dawn, Russell and Pamela, and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell, son, Kenneth and grandson Richard.

Services will be private.
