Ann Sheetz Brunson, 87, of Charlotte Hall, MD, formerly of Key West, FL, died March 25, 2011 at Chesapeake Shores Nursing Home. Born December 6, 1923 in Fayetteville, NC, she was the daughter of Francis Bond Sheetz and Lilly Dell Adams Sheetz.

Ann liked watching sports, especially the Miami Dolphins. She also played the piano "in secret", crocheted and liked to sew. Big Band music was a favorite.

Ann was predeceased by her parents, son James H. Lewis, daughter Darlene A Whitcomb, and son John F. Brunson.

Ann is survived by her daughter Claudia A Nelson, step-daughter Sharon R Padgett, brother Francis B. Sheetz, grandchildren, William J. Digregorio & wife Dana, Shannon L. Vallandingham, great grandchildren Crystal Kaliszewski, Cassandra Kaliszewski, Emily Graves, Jessica Vallandingham, and Deanna Vallandingham.
