Mrs. Phillips was an Operations Officer for the Bank of Southern Maryland in La Plata for 27 years and a member of Denver Methodist Church in North Carolina. She enjoyed reading, shopping, gardening, interior decorating, and taking vacations.

Daughter of the late Kermit Meeken Sigmon and the late Ruth Elizabeth Mundy Sigmon.

Predeceased by her parents.

Survived by her husband of 11 years, Patrick E. Phillips; one daughter, Angela L. (Randy) Packer of NC; one brother, Kermit "Mickey" (Samantha) Sigmon, Jr., of NC; and one sister, Kathryn D. Sigmon of NC; two grandchildren, Elijah and Wyatt Packer. Also survived by four nieces and six nephews.

Visitation: Saturday, March 26, 2011 from 6-8PM with Memorial Service at 8PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD. Clergy: Rev. Bruce Jones Interment at a later date in N.C.
