William Richard Virgin, 83, of La Plata, Md. Died on March 7, 2011. He was born on August 31, 1927 in Washington, DC.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Virgin, sons Richard, William, Jr. and Lynn Virgin, step-son William Sellner, daughters Janet Virgin, Patricia Concannon, and Mary Beckman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.

William was self employed in the auto services industry owning a Shell station and a Jiffy Lube. He enjoyed antique auto's, movies especially westerns.

The family will receive friends on Saturday March 12th from 12:30pm til service time 1pm at the Kneeling Point Chapel in La Plata, Md.

Interment to follow at the Wesleyan Memorial Gardens, La Plata, Md.
