Mr. Attick spent his teenage years growing up in Greenbelt, MD. In 1957, he met Lucille Libernini while attending Greenbelt Junior High School. They were married November 22, 1962. In 1977, Mr. Attick founded C.H. Attick Electric, Inc. and was the Owner/Operator for 20 years. He enjoyed golfing, boating and his beloved dog, Holly. In 1997, Tom and Traci purchased the family business from their father and have been the owners since.

He was the son of the late Harry Allen Attick and the late Nellie Irene McCauley Attick

He was predeceased by his parents.

He is survived by his former wife of 36 years, Lucille Attick of La Plata, MD; one son, Tom Attick of La Plata, MD; one daughter, Traci (David) Norris of Bryans Road, MD; one sister, Barbara DeGutis of FL; one nephew, Rick DeGutis of Deale, MD. Also survived by four grandchildren, Lauren, Jack, Emily, and Colton Attick.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010 from 10am till Service time at 12:30pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, MD 20646.

Clergy will be the Pastor Tom Gill.

Pallbearers will be Tom and Jack Attick.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Lauren, Emily, and Colton Attick, Dave and Traci Norris, and Rick DeGutis.

Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
