Edward L. Gamble, 65 of Cobb Island, Maryland died August 1st, 2010 in Alexandria, Virginia. He was the son of the late William (Bill) Gamble and Mary Virginia (Ginny) Muzzy.

He enjoyed restoring classic cars, motorcycles, hosting cookouts, crabbing, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his mother, his wife Shirley Gamble, sons Gary Gamble, and Jesse Gamble, daughter Stacy Whitney, granddaughters Trinity and Ava Whitney, 3 brothers and 3 sisters survive him.

In addition to his father, his daughter Tracy Gamble preceded him in death.

Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 10th, at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his name at a local charity of their choice.
