Jerry Lee Price Sr., age 75, of La Plata, Maryland, died on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD.

Jerry grew up in Washington, DC and moved to Maryland during the 1960's. He was a resident of La Plata for the past 30 years. Jerry was a veteran of the U. S. Army and the USMC Reserve. He was formerly employed with Warner Plumbing and retired from General Services Administration. He enjoyed going to flea markets, yard sales and spending time with his family and close friends. He was loved dearly by his family and will be sadly missed.

Jerry was the son of the late Joseph and Agnes Price. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Joseph Ratliff. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Patricia; his children Jerry Jr. (Michelle) Price of Lusby, MD, Gina Sprankel, Michael (Elaine) Price, and Angela Davis, all of La Plata, MD; grandchildren Zachary Lee, Scarlett Rose and Vincent Gene Sprankel, Australia, Hailey, and Lillian Price of La Plata; sister Joan Ratliff of Greensboro, NC; niece Gerri; nephew Steve.

Private services and interment will be held at a later date.
