Janis Rhea Blanchard, 70, of Bryans Road, MD, died May 15, 2010, at her residence with Hospice.

Mrs. Blanchard was a homemaker.

Born April 8, 1940, in Clinton, OK, she was the daughter of the late Charles Burns and the late Dora Baker Burns.

Predeceased by her parents and her husband, Edward M. Blanchard.

Survived by her son, Steven Blanchard of New York, NY.
