Mrs. Boles was an office manager with Franklin Marble and Tile and a member of First Baptist Church of Waldorf where she participated with Bible Study and Sunday school class. She was a member of the 2N1 Club at the Clark Senior Center in La Plata and was a long-time volunteer at Civista Medical Center in La Plata.

Daughter of the late Augustus Welch and the late Lena Arnold Welch.

Predeceased by her parents and two husbands, William Woodruff and John Boles.

Survived by two sons, William H. (Theresa) Woodruff of Palm Coast, FL and Dennis P. (Susan) Woodruff of La Plata, MD; one daughter, Sharon (Don) Haydock of Sparta, NC; three sisters, Marion Rentz of Titusville, FL, Faith Delvo of Newburg, MD, and Ruth Hogan of Van Neys, CA. Also survived by four grandchildren.

Visitation: Friday, April 30, 2010 from 4-8 PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646.

Funeral Service: Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 10:30 AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Clergy: Rev. Wayne Kempson.

Interment: Trinity Memorial Gardens - Waldorf, MD.

Pallbearers: Don Haydock, Christopher Winkeler, Harold Coombs, Jr., Timothy Coombs, Richard Houchen, Herman Delvo.

Honorary Pallbearers: Matthew Woodruff, Gene Bass, Gayle Willett, and Don Long.
