Wanda Jewell Harrell Foote, 53, of Lusby, MD passed away on April 21, 2010 at Washington Hospital Center. She was born on October 30, 1957 in Prince Frederick, MD to the late Eaver Patrick and Aileene Davis Harrell.

She was the loving wife to James Oliver Foote, Jr. whom she married at Hickory Knoll Farm.

Wanda graduated from Calvert Senior High School in 1976 and went on to work as a Security Officer at the Chesapeake Ranch Estates and as a Hospice Care Giver.

Wanda is survived by her husband, James Oliver Foote, Jr. of Lusby, MD; children, Regina Ann, James Oliver Foote, III, and Velda Johnson, all of Lusby, MD; siblings, Lawrence Harrell, Eddie Harrell, Ray Harrell, Michael Harrell all of St. Leonard, MD, and Marie Harrell of Lusby, MD, and four grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 12 Noon in Olivet United Methodist Church, 13575 Olivet Road, Lusby, MD 20657, with Rev. Faith Lewis officiating.
