Mrs. Parshall was a Teacher's Aide and Librarian with the Charles County Board of Education for 25 years, mostly with General Smallwood Middle School. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Ripley, MD. She was a very loving and caring person who enjoyed gardening and flowers in her yard and especially her dog, Dolly.

She was daughter of the late J. Harold Fuoss and the late Mabel Noal Fuoss

She was predeceased by her parents; her late husband, William Parshall; her late brother, Jacob Fuoss; and her late sister, Helen Dublin.

She is survived by two sisters, Shirley (Jack) Waite of Tyrone, PA, and JoAnn (Stan) Lemon of Bradenton, FL. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2010 from 11am till Service time at 12pm at Bethel Baptist Church, Ripley, MD.

Clergy will be the Rev. William Sutton

Interment will take place at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood, PA on Wednesday, April 7, 2010.
