Judith Kay Youngson, 63, passed away March 23, 2010 at Calvert Memorial Hospital in Prince Frederick, MD. Judith was born July 26, 1946 in Lafayette, Indiana, and moved with her family to Salina, Kansas where she was raised and graduated from high school.
She was married to Ronald Bender on October 16, 1961, a marriage that later ended in divorce. She married John David Youngson on June 12, 1981 and they resided in Laurel Maryland until moving to Owings six years ago. She owned and operated Miss Judy's Day Care in Laurel, and also was a homemaker and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Judy loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking and baking. She was preceded in death by her husband John on August 21, 2008. She is survived by her daughter Deborah L. Slavin and husband Louis of Owings, grandchildren Robert J. Slavin of Chesapeake Beach, Lindsay S. Feliciano and husband Carlos of Pasadena, MD and Dane M. Slavin of Owings.
