Mrs. Adams graduated from Glasva High School in 1947. On February 1, 1947, she married Mr. Raymond Bryan Adams. Audrey was a homemaker and Raymond was employed at the Patuxent River Naval Air Base. Audrey worked as a waitress with her mother for many years at the Parson's Restaurant in Waldorf where she made life-long friends. Although Audrey had no children of her own, she became the neighborhood child care expert, taking care of many children while the parents worked. Audrey was an active member of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Piney parish, Waldorf, Maryland. She was so proud of her home, her local neighborhood and community, and most of all, her love for dance and music. She always enjoyed the many get-togethers with her extended family, her church, her mall walker's and her wonderful neighbors. Her enjoyment of a good joke and laughter was contagious.

Daughter of the late James Franklin (Frank) Hardesty and the late Myrtle Adeline Hardesty.

Predeceased by her parents; and her husband, Raymond Adams.
