Mary Katherine Isenberg, 65, of Mechanicsville, MD, died February 16, 2010, at St. Mary's Hospital, Leonardtown, MD.

Mrs. Isenberg was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. She was an avid gardener, cooking, reading, and a lover of animals, especially her dog, Lucy. She especially loved being with her grandchildren.

Born October 18, 1944, in La Plata, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Lloyd Koenig and the late Mary Elizabeth Racey.

Predeceased by her parents and her husband, William R. Isenberg, Sr.

Survived by her sons, William R. and his wife Donna Isenberg, Jr., of Mechanicsville, MD; Robert G. and his wife Betty Isenberg of Augusta, WV; Carl N. and his wife Sherry Isenberg of Montross, VA; and Lloyd H. Isenberg of Mechanicsville, MD; daughters, Barbara K. and her husband William Kitchens of Great Mills, MD; Arlene L. Isenberg of Mechanicsville, MD; and Carrie L. and her husband Anthony Amaker of Columbia, SC; cousin, Donna Gosslee of Beverly Hills, FL. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 21, 2010, from 2-4PM and 6-8PM, at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, February 21, 2010, at 7PM, at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Rev. Mark Roberson will officiate.

Interment will be on Monday, February 22, 2010 at 10AM at Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
