Joseph Aubrey Gragan, Jr. of Bel Alton, Md. passed away on Saturday February 13, 2010. He was born on July 11, 1961 in La Plata, Md. to Joseph Aubrey, Sr. and Helen M. Gragan.

He is also survived by his children Joshua and Scarlett Gragan and his brothers Sam (Darlene), Pat (Kristen), John (Connie) Gragan and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joe was past chief of Bel Alton Volunteer Fire Department were he was a member for 23 years. He also loved Texas Holdem and hunting. Joe was also the Treasurer of Gragan and Son's Glass Co., Inc. formerly in Bel Alton now in La Plata.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday February 16, at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home in La Plata, Md. from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm were a prayer service will be held at 7pm followed by Fireman's Prayer's. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday February 17, 11am at the St. Ignatius Church Chapel Pt. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
