Born Aug. 4, 1916 in Marion, Louisiana to the late Henry and Lillie Wells Smith. Ruby was a member of the Calvert Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary--serving 1700 hours before her leaving. She also worked at Wal-Mart as a greeter, loving every minute of it. She was a very social person who never meet a stranger she didn't like. She also loved gardening, her dog, and crocheting.
