Mary Marjorie Herbert of Mechanicsville, MD died on December 11, 2009 at St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown. She is the daughter of the late James Tiffany and Pearl Cullison Russell.

"Margie" was a homemaker and was born in Great Mills. She was a member at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters. Margie loved people, liked to entertain and enjoyed a good card game. She had a great love of animals especially her pets Lady and Buffy.

She is survived by her devoted son, Robert "Bobby "Walter Herbert and her caregivers Jenni Carrico and Bernice Newton.

She was predeceased by her husband, Archie Walter Herbert and her brother Jenkins Russell.

A memorial mass will be said on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 11AM, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mechanicsville, MD. In lieu of Flowers Memorial may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
