Mrs. Carpentiere was a homemaker and a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Issue, MD where she served with the Ladies of Charity.

She was the daughter of the late Paul S. Cubeta and Hazel DeWolf Cubeta of Lady Lake, FL

She was predeceased by her father, and two sisters, Barbara Martin and Kathleen Johnson

She is survived by her mother, Hazel DeWolf Cubeta of Lady Lake, FL; her husband, Joseph P. Carpentiere; two daughters, Marcella (James) Townsend of Washington, D.C., and Christa (Christopher Budd) Carpentiere of Issaquah, WA; and one brother, Paul R. Cubeta of Lady Lake, FL. Also survived by two grandchildren, Nicholas and Julia Townsend.

A Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 5-8pm with Wake Service at 7pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 10:30am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 15848 Rock Point Road, Issue, MD 20645.

Clergy will be Father Gregory Coan.

Interment will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, Newport, MD.
