Margaret "Peggy" M. Goodrick, 69, of Port Tobacco, MD, died November 3, 2009, at National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, MD.

Mrs. Goodrick was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Baptist Church Ripley, MD. She was very active in the Charles County Democratic Club. Loved her animals, Nicholas, Cody, and Liberty, her farm and her pond. She also enjoyed gardening.

Born April 24, 1940, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Walter Goodwin and the late Frances M. Hancock

Predeceased by her parents; brothers, Bill and Gilbert Goodwin.

Survived by husband of 48 years, John Paul Goodrick; daughter, Marie Pickett of Port Tobacco, MD; sister, Viola "Sis" Lugar of Alexandria, VA; grandson, John Robert Pickett; also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Gathering will be Sunday, November 8, 2009, from 12Noon to 1PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, November 8, 2009, at 1PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Reverend Mack Burton will officiate.

Interment will be private.
