Norma J. Deshotel, age 72, of Prince Frederick, MD died October 23, 2009 at Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, D.C. Norma was born February 13, 1937 in Knox City, Texas to Floyd E. and Helen (Yoakum) Draper.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband W.A. Deshotel.

She is survived by a daughter Diane Riggleman and her husband Kenneth of Prince Frederick, MD; sons L. Dwayne Clark of Erath, LA and Gary D. Deshotel of Prince Frederick, MD; step-children Jean Chatelain and her husband Perry of Bunkie, LA, Carolyn Baum and her husband Tom of Spring, TX and Jesse Deshotel and his wife Kellie of Humble, TX; grandchildren Kevin, Jason, Brittany and Tara Riggleman, all of Prince Frederick, MD.

Norma is also survived by a great-grandson Kyle Riggleman of Prince Frederick, MD and brothers Joe Draper and his wife Nancy of Fayetteville, AR and James Draper and his wife Linda of Plano, TX.
