Joseph A. Clements, 77, of Charlotte Hall, MD passed away on September 18, 2009.

He is preceded in death by his parents; William N. Clements, Sr. and Christine Mudd Clements.

He is survived by his Daughter; Kelly Barnes (Thomas). Brothers; Billy Clements, Edward Clements (Joyce), Carroll Clements (Charlotte), and Leonard Clements (Audrey). Sister; Doris Brooks, and grandchildren; Logan and Brooke.

There will be life celebration on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm with prayers at 6:30 pm at AREHART-ECHOLS FUNERAL HOME. A mass will be held at 10 am at the St. Mary's Catholic Church-Newport parish. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the St. Mary's Newport Catholic Church Parish.
