Frank Lee Bailey, 39 died August 12, 2009 at his home in North Beach, MD. Lee was born June 24, 1970 in Rockville, CT to Edwin K. and Helen (Merritt) Bailey, Sr. His family moved to Chesapeake Beach and he received his education in Calvert County Schools.

Lee married Shirley A. Hartness March 11, 1995 at Mt. Harmony United Methodist Church. Lee was a supervisor for Bayside Fire Protection Company of Owings, MD. He also was a First Mate on charter fishing boats at the Rod & Reel Marina. Lee enjoyed hunting both water fowl and deer.

Surviving are his wife Shirley, twin daughters Amber and Holly and a son John Clinton Bailey at home, his parents Ed and Pam Bailey, Sr. formerly of Chesapeake Beach and now residing in Axton, VA. and a sister Sherie Bailey of St. Leonard, MD. He was preceded in death by a brother Edwin K. Bailey, Jr.
