Charlotte Jean Oliver, age 79 of Prince Frederick, MD. died July 31, 2009 at Genesis Health Care Severn Park Center. She was born September 8, 1929 in Weatherly, PA, the daughter of Richard V. and Ella Mae (Erdman) Wetzel.

Frances was a graduate of Bethlehem Business College. She was a resident of Warminster, PA for 45 years before moving to Prince Frederick, MD. During her life Frances was a homemaker and community volunteer.

She is survived by her husband James D. Oliver; daughter Terese D. Wells and her husband Daniel of Prince Frederick, MD; sons James D. Oliver, Jr. and his wife Joann of Millersville, MD and David C. Oliver and his wife Constance of Great Mills, MD. She is also survived by her grandchildren Rebecca and Andrew Wells of Prince Frederick, MD, Paul Oliver of Chapel Hill, NC and Marie and Michael Oliver of Millersville, MD.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 90 Church Street, Prince Frederick, MD 20678, preceded by a visitation beginning at 10 A.M. Interment will be private.
