Sandra Sue Moxey, 84, of Dunkirk passed away October 7, 2025 at her home. She was born August 18, 1941 in Lumberport, WV to Orville Dallas and Maude Matilda (Hardman) Whiteman. Sue grew up in Lumberport, WV and moved to Washington, DC with her friend Karen and worked for C&P Telephone Company. She married Larry Moxey in 1964 and they lived in Tacoma Park before moving to Dunkirk in 1972. She had a successful career with UPS, retiring in 1995. Sue was a longtime member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in North Beach, where she was an active volunteer with their food pantry. After retirement, she worked with her niece Jennifer at Island Flowers. Sue loved spending time with her family and enjoyed reading and crabbing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry and her brothers. Sue is survived by her son Robert "Bob" Moxey of Dunkirk, niece Jennifer Carter, and many other nieces and nephews.
