Jesse William Sager, 23, of Hughesville died suddenly April 5, 2009, at his residence.

He was born July 6, 1985, to Mary Sager and the late Dennis Keith Sager.

He worked as a manager for the family owned business Texas Ribs in Waldorf.

He was preceded in death by his father.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Jesse William Sager Jr.; sister, Tracy; grandmother, Mary Shaffer; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held Monday, May 4, at 7 p.m. at the Dunkirk Baptist Church in Dunkirk.

In lieu of flowers and in his memory, the family requests that people reach out to someone in need who may be suffering from depression and pain.

As he left behind a 4-year-old son, the family is collecting memories of his father's life to be published in the form of a book.
