Margaret Agnes Neill, 84, of Hollywood, Maryland, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025, surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Born on August 27, 1941, in Camp Springs, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Guy McGee Hamilton and Mary Elizabeth "Brady" Hamilton. Margaret was raised in a close-knit family and carried those values throughout her life, sharing her love, kindness, and devotion with all who knew her.

On September 1, 1979, Margaret married the love of her life, Charles Leroy Neill, in Hollywood, Maryland. Together, they built a beautiful life centered on family, faith, and community. A devoted homemaker, Margaret dedicated herself to raising her children and creating a warm and welcoming home.

Margaret's life was deeply enriched by her love for family. A loving grandmother, her grandchildren were the light of her life. She especially enjoyed camping, bluegrass music festivals, crafting, cooking, and evenings spent with friends and family where she was known for her support and endless love. Margaret's generous spirit and joyful outlook touched many lives, and she will be remembered for her resilience, humor, and the love she gave so freely.

She is survived by her children; Joanne Hall (Jeff), Barbara Jones (Rob), Mary "Lotti" Bell (Mark), Charles L. "Charlie" Neill (David), Lily Elizabeth Neill (Travers), Margaret A. Seuberling (Jim), her sister Brenda Rubolotta (Joseph), brother and sister in-laws; Rev. John E. "Eddie" Neill (Joan), Margaret Laverne Huggins, Dorothy Spencer, Dennis Michael "Mickey" Neill, and grandchildren; Stephen Abell (Lindsay), Hope Jones, Bradley Bell, Jason Neill, Kaiden Neill, Jasper Gillingham, Christopher Seuberling, and great-grandson Jack Abell. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Neill, her grandmother Katherine Shunk, brother in-laws Joseph Howard Neill and Billy Neill, and sister in-law Patricia Neill.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Brinsfield Funeral Home in Leonardtown, with prayers at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Ryan Braam on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church, 43950 St. Johns Rd Hollywood, MD 20636. Interment will follow at Joy Chapel Cemetery, 24350 Abell Farm Lane Hollywood, MD 20636.

Margaret's life was a testament to love, faith, and family. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
