Evelyn Dorrene Johnson, 74, of Great Mills, MD, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025, in Callaway, Maryland.

A lifelong resident of St. Mary's County, she was the daughter of late Nelson Fenwick and Annie Christine Courtney Fenwick.

Evelyn is survived by her loving daughter, Cynthia Anita Johnson (Charles Barnes), grandchildren, Sharday Dickens, Calvin Patrick Dickens, and Larissa Dorrene Dickens. She is also survived by her siblings, Roland Fenwick, Mark Fenwick, Edward Fenwick, Sharon Fenwick, Anne Fenwick, Betty Lewis, Rose Fenwick, Alice Crosse, and Dorothy Fenwick.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her dearly missed husband, James Patrick Johnson, and her brother Robert Fenwick.

She will be fondly remembered and missed by her devoted family and all who knew her.
