Vincent Raymond "Bubby" Mandley, 82, of North Beach, MD died April 17, 2009 at his residence in North Beach, MD. He was born January 28, 1927 in Riverdale, MD and was raised in the Prince George's County area.

He married Agnes French Wood on April 6, 1948, and has been a resident of North Beach for over forty years. He was employed as a drywall mechanic, and had been retired since 1881. Among his many interests, he enjoyed attending flea markets, long relaxing drives, repairing televisions, CB radios and other electronics, small engine repair, card games and shooting dice. He loved John Wayne movies, and was known as a practical joker. He also loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years Agnes F. Mandley and his children John W. Mandley (Mary Ann) of Dunkirk, MD, Gary R. Mandley (Terry) of North Beach, MD, Linda C. Mandley (Wayne Bowen) of Warsaw, VA, Vincent K. Mandley (Mary Ann) of Brandywine, MD, Robert A. Mandley (Jackie) of North Beach, MD, Susan M. Briggs of California, MD and Guy D. Mandley (Denise) of North Beach, MD. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
