Wendy Marie Stepanuk of Prince Frederick passed away on October 8th 2024 with her husband and Son at her side. Daughter of the late Phyllis Picarella and Martin (Fritz) Humphries, Wendy and her husband Ken celebrated their fifty-fourth wedding anniversary this past August. Besides her husband, Kenneth Stepanuk, she is survived by her son, Jonathan M. Stepanuk, daughter-in-law, Kim Stepanuk, and granddaughter Reagan. Wendy was a loving woman who cared for and never forgot the special occasions of her extended family of nieces and nephews and their children. She was especially close with sister-in-law Karen Koran (Stepanuk), niece Natalie Tynan (Stepanuk), her husband Brian, and their children Ethan and Abby.

Wendy enjoyed spending summers at the "Beach House" on Topsail Island, NC, entertaining family at the holidays, and decorating her house to the standards of a Macy's department store at Christmas. She was an avid reader and later became a crossword aficionado to ward off the effects of advancing Alzheimer's.
