She was born Sept. 1, 1941 in Tennessee to the late Henry and Ora Dykes Bullion.

Wife of the late Thomas I, Weems, Jr. Mother of Laura E. and her husband Richard M. Katz of Edgewater Md., and Thomas I. and his wife Beth P. Weems III of Annapolis Md.

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Josh Weems Katz, Thomas Ireland Weems, IV, Caroline Kimberley Weems, Ava Elizabeth Weems; 1 brother Henry Bullion; and 1 sister Estelle Hess.
