Robert N. Hoglund of Chesapeake Beach, MD died February 19, 2009. He was born April 2, 1961 in San Diego, CA the son of Richard D. and Glenadine Bichsel.

Mr. Hoglund retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1998 after 20 years of service. He. was curently employed as sales manager of Tischer Automotive in Laurel, MD.

Robert is survived by his wife Patricia A. Hoglund of Chesapeake Beach, MD; daughter Jacquelyn McFarland of Chesapeake Beach, MD and son Randall S. Hoglund of Chrisfield, MD; granddaughter Ava Grace McFarland. Robert is also survived by his mother Glenadine Hoglund of Tacoma, WA; Step mother Jo (William) Hoglund - Burgess of Laurel, MD; brothers Jack Hoglund of Tacoma, WA, Michael Gay of Tigard, OR and the late Richard Hoglund and sisters Kitty Williams of Silver Springs, MD, Valerie Mack of Portland, OR and Sally Mix of Kailua, HI.
