Paul Edward Whittington, 75, of Huntingtown, MD passed away on February 10, 2009.
Mr. Whittington was born in Largo, MD on December 16, 1933 to the late Ida Walker and Richard Whittington.

He served in the Army from 1955 to 1963. Paul worked for Buck Distributing as a Supervisor and Driver/Salesman.

Beloved husband of Nina Brown Whittington of Huntingtown, MD, devoted father of Paul Jr. of Broomes Island, MD., Gary of St. Leonard, MD, Kevin of Owings, M D and, Bryan Whittington of Silver springs, MD, Diane Chenevert of Defuniack Springs, FLA, Michelle Salan of Huntingtown, MD and Rosalie Foard of Prince Frederick, MD. Grandfather of 17, great grandfather of 10, he is also survived by his brothers, Anthony of Brandywine, MD and James Whittington of Petersburg WVA. and Sisters Esther Kelly of Huntingtown, MD, Doris Hyde of Brandywine, Md., and Delores Schuhardt of Colonial Beach, VA.

The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD on Friday February 13, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, where services will be held on Saturday February 14, 2009 , 10 A.M. Interment will follow in Chesapeake Highlands Memorial Gardens, Port Republic MD.
