Robert John Kuntz, 76, of Port Republic, MD passed away on June 16, 2022 in Port Republic, MD. Robert was born in Arlington, VA to Joseph and Clara Kuntz in 1946. He attended Northwestern High School in Hyattsville, MD. Upon graduation Robert enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served honorably. Robert was a long-time employee of Prince George's County Public Schools, where he retired as the Director of Capital Programs. He was also the owner of R.J. Kuntz Electric Company. As much as he liked to work, he loved his hobbies. They included earning a private pilot's license, fly fishing, hunting, and golfing. He was also a member of the All-American Harley Davidson Club.

Robert is survived by his wife of 56 years Linda Kuntz. He is also survived by his children, Christy McDonald (Eric) and Tracey Howerton (Don); 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. All services are private.
