Frances Louise Herbert, 84 of Mechanicsville, MD, affectionately known as "Tinsey", transitioned peacefully from this life into eternal rest on "her birthday", April 4, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Family and friends will unite on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 for visitation/viewing at 10:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 29119 Point Lookout Road, Morganza, MD 20660. Interment to follow at Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
