Randy Jay McKinney, 49 of Charlotte Hall, MD died on December 31, 2008 at Washington Hospital Center.

Born on November 9, 1959 in Leonardtown, MD, he was the son of Doris McKinney Silman and Walter Lee McKinney. Mr. McKinney was a life long resident. He was a Construction Supervisor for Facchina, Inc. His enjoyments were; fishing, boating, going to the batting range with his sons, golfing, gardening, doing puzzles, playing the guitar, loved people and his dog Max, and was a collector of eagles.

In addition to his parents, Randy is survived by his wife of 2 years, Patricia Ann Alldritt McKinney, children, Mitchell Jay and Brandon Lee McKinney, Lawrence and Chris Dupont, Ann Marie Murphy, Major Troy Dupont, USAF, and Susan Floyd, brother, David Lee McKinney (Patricia), nieces, Julie and Kara McKinney, 19 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by grandparents; Mary H. Pilkerton and Harry J. Alvey, and Myrtle and Ralph McKinney.

Family received friends on Friday, January 2, 2009 to Celebrate Randy's Life at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., Charlotte Hall, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, January 3, 2008 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Bushwood, MD. Reverend Francis J. Early officiated. Interment followed at church cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Michael, Harry R., and Bernie Alvey, Leroy Cargill, Dale Gass, Joe Buckler, and Douglas Hamilton.

Memorial contributions were made to: Mitchell & Brandon McKinney Education Fund.
