Thomas Pern Briscoe, Jr., 68 of Charlotte Hall, MD, passed away on December 22, 2008 at his residence.

Family will receive friends for a Life Celebration on Saturday, December 27, 2008 from 9:30am to 11am in St. Mary's Bryantown Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am. Friends are invited to a reception at the Hughesville American Legion Hall following Mass. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD, Monday, December 29, 2008 at 1pm.
