Donny was a 2006 graduate of Morning Star Christian Academy with a 3.78 GPA. He was a Self-employed Waterman. He was an excellent artist and some of his designs were used as tattoo art. He loved hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and baseball. He was always watching over his younger brother, Wyatt.

He was the son of the late Donald Thomas Darnall, Sr. and the living Susan Elizabeth Hungerford Holtery and step-father, Russell Holtery.

He is predeceased by his father, Donald Thomas Darnall, Sr., paternal grandmother, Dorothy Darnall, and maternal grandfather, Samuel E. Hungerford.

He is survived by his mother, Susan Elizabeth Hungerford Holtery, step-father, Russell Holtery, one brother, Wyatt Holtery of Lusby, MD, paternal grandfather, Joseph C. Darnall, maternal grandmother, Evelyn L. Hungerford, and step-grandparents, Michael and Jeanne Holtery. He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22, 2008 from 10am-12pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, MD.

A Funeral Service will follow on Monday, December 22, 2008 at 12pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Clergy will be the Rev. Mark Roberson

Pallbearers will be Sam Hungerford, Tony Wood, Ted Spicknall, Quinten "Q" Weems, Donald Gilbert, and Kyle Stoneman.

Interment will take place at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
