Toney L. Berry 38, of Tampa Florida, formerly of St. Mary's County, MD, died December 8, 2008, at University Community Hospital in Tampa Florida of a short illness.

Toney leaves to cherish his memory: devoted wife, Lara Berry, 3 stepchildren, Ashely, Andrew, and Jacob Viverette, Mother; Phyllis Somerville, Father; Mitchell Grimes. brother, Joseph Bernard Somerville, Jr., nephew; Quinton Remied, Grandmother; Mary Lucille Berry, Aunts; Vera Fenwick, Agnes Moore and Cheryl Castle, Uncle; Charles, LaVaughn and Troy Berry.

Mr. Berry was preceded in death by his Step-father, Joseph Bernard Somerville, Sr., Grandfather, James Turner Berry and his Uncle James Levi Berry.

Toney graduated from Leonardtown High School, his trade was being a Mechanic, he loved working on cars and going to the race track with Tony Goddard and family. Toney Deejayed with DJ Brown Production, Co. and Lionel Blackwell Production, Co. He enjoyed playing basketball and was a Redskin fan. Toney loved being around his family and friends. When you saw him he always had a smile on his face. He was known as Blackberry to his friends. His special friends were Lionel Blackwell, Toney Goddard and family, DJ Brown and Bobby Bean and family.

Family will receive friends on Monday, December 15, 2008 from 9 to 11am in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., Leonardtown, MD, where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11am. Interment will be private.
