Faith Noel Urtz, of Leonardtown, MD passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Faith is the infant daughter of Gregory Edwin and Sherrye Lyn LaRocque Urtz.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother; Jackson Urtz of Leonardtown, MD ,grandparents; Edwin Urtz, Jr. and Patricia Urtz of West Lyden, NY, Eugene LaRocque of Tupper Lake, NY and Adelaide LaRocque of Saranac Lake, NY and great-grandmother Anna Urtz of West Lyden, NY .

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 10am in Holy Face Catholic Church with Father Joseph Sileo officiating.

Interment will be private.
