David "Dave" Francis Stream, 73, of Owings, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2020. He was born in Baltimore, to the late Roy E. Stream and Maude F. Stream. He served in the US Navy and was honorably discharged in 1972 decorated with a Vietnam Service Medal. He retired from Prince George's County Government after more than 35 years. Dave enjoyed collecting Military memorabilia, spending time with his family, and especially his 8 grandchildren.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents and sister Janice Goucher. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, GayLynn Stream; his daughter, Crystal Klinedinst (Justin) of Owings; his son Dave Stream (Brianna) of St. Leonard; grandchildren, Savannah, Ava, Brooklyn, Austin, Kolton, Emma, Mia and Sophia; niece Tricia Manders of Georgia; and nephew Ryan Freeland of Georgia.
