Amari was a very smart little girl who brought joy to everyone and had touched many lives during her short life.

She was the daughter of Jerome Foster Montgomery, Jr. and Tameka Renee Butler Montgomery.

She is predeceased by her grandfather, Gary W. Smith.

She is survived by her parents, paternal grandparents, Lisa C. "Lancaster" and Jerome F. Montgomery, Sr., maternal grandparents, Sandra Renee "Fields" Hartsfield and James "Terry" Butler, step-grandparents, Cynthia Marie "Chase" Butler and William Anthony Hartsfield, Jr., two aunts, Tawan Harrod, and Jeronda Montgomery, and six uncles, Antwan Butler, Jamal Chase, Brandon Butler, William Hartsfield, Jr., Carlton Brown, and Jamal Montgomery. She is also survived by a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 10am-12pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, MD.

A Funeral Service will follow on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 12pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Clergy will be the Pastor Curtis Mackall, Rev. Beatrice Edwards, and Rev. Donald Curtis.

Interment to take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, La Plata, MD.
