Welford Bowen Bowling, 84, of Charlotte Hall, MD departed this life on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at his home with his family by his side.


Welford was born on November 25, 1935 in Dentsville, MD to the late Robert P. Bowling, Jr. and Catherine S. Bowling.
