Clarence C. Prentice, 87, of Huntingtown, MD passed away on November 6, 2008 at his home.

Buster was born August 5, 1921 in Washington, D.C.to the late Grace and Warren Prentice. He is predeceased by two sons, Jimmy and Clyde, a sister, Peggy Hamilton and a brother Richard Prentice. Buster was a member of Teamster Local #639, where he retired from after 47 years of truck driving. He loved to fish, watch football and baseball.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Ann Prentice, children, Bob, Gene, Alice, Judy, and Jessica. Grandfather of 17, great grandfather of 16, and great great grandfather of 2, he is also survived by a sister, Shirley Mills, his mother and father in law, Edith and Albert Thomas and a sister in law, Alma Prentice.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 8, 2008, 1 PM at Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD. Interment will be private.
