Dorothy Elaine Guy, 54 of Lusby, MD, passed away on October 24, 2008 at Washington Adventist Hospital, Takoma Park, MD.

Born December 22, 1953 in Birmingham, AL, she was the daughter of Edith D. Wickwier of Sea Level, NC and the late James E. Wickwier.

Mrs. Guy was a Certified Nursing Assistant at local Nursing homes she also worked as a Retail Manager for the Navy Exchange at Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

Dorothy Guy made an impact on every life she touched. She loved animals, people and nature, especially her rose garden and her puppies. As a Professional CNA she helped prolong and save lives. Personally, she was loved immediately by every person she met. This world is going to be a smaller place without her. WE ALL LOVE YOU MAMA!

In addition to her mother Dorothy is survived by her husband Robert Allen Guy, daughter Beth Roberts of Lusby, MD, Step-son, Robert Lee Guy of Hagerstown, MD, Step-daughter Nina Marie Morrison of Hagerstown, MD, Siblings; Judith Burnett of Hammond, LA, James Wickwier of Sea Level, NC, Joyce and Frank Guy of Leonardtown, MD and Virginia Francis of Hollywood, MD. Mrs. Guy was preceded in death by a son Daniel Roberts.

Dorothy's Life Celebration will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 from 5pm to 8pm in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., Leonardtown, MD prayers receited at 7pm.

Interment will be private.
