Judy Marshall, 66 of Hollywood died October 24, 2008 at her residence after a long courageous battle fighting lung disease.

Born February 2, 1942 in Teaneck, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Ruth Sauer and Louis Rott.

Judy was a standing member of the St. Mary's County Garden and Horticulture Clubs, a member of the local Red Hat Society, and a former Hospice of St. Mary's County Volunteer.

She is survived by her husband Brian Marshall; her sons David Marshall of Manassas, VA and Douglas Marshall of St. Louis Mo.; her daughter-in-laws, Cecelia and Harriet Marshall; and her grandchildren Brian, Marie, McKay, Eleanor and Ned as well as sisters Ginny Noel, LuAnne Tonioli, Maryann Rott, Georgette Rott and Terry Vogel all of Florida.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 26, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD. Prayers will be recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home chapel. Reverend Ray Schmidt will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Hollywood, MD.
