James Louis Barbour Sr., age 94 of Port Tobacco, Maryland, died April 25, 2019 at his residence with Hospice. James was an Interstate Commerce Commissioner with the government. He was the son of Robert Guy Barbour and Charlotte May Twiford Barbour. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth Claire Jackson. Visitation on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 10-11:30 AM and then a procession to St. Ignatius Catholic Church Cemetery (8855 Chapel Point Road, Port Tobacco, Maryland 20677) for a Graveside Service at 12PM.
