Don Edward Denisar, 81, of Lusby, MD passed away on July 31, 2008 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He was born on March 31, 1927 in Altoona, PA to the late Harry and Maria Eckley Denisar. He was the loving husband of Elizabeth Denisar.

Don served his country honorably for 20 years in the United States Airforce and retired in 1965. After retirement he went on to work as a Communication Technician. Don was very dedicated and actively involved with the Boy Scouts serving in various positions for over 60 years.

He is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth C. Denisar of Lusby, MD; children , Les Denisar of Newburgh, NY, Teresa Beyer or Eldon, MO, Michael Denisar of Herndon, VA, Christopher Denisar of Newburgh, VA, Carolyn Pazara of Arlington, TX, Theresa Hiben of Califonia, MD, June Ryn of Manassas, VA, Raymond Thomas of Lusby, MD, and Robert Thomas of Panama City, FL; brother, Bernard Denisar of Weyers Cave, VA; seventeen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 from 5:00 till 7:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home, P.A., Lusby, MD where a funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM with Fr. Richard Gardiner officiating. Interment will be on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 11:00 AM in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
