Leonard Scruggs, 97, of Lusby, Maryland died on February 25, 2017. Preceded in death by his wife Ruth after 63 years of marriage, he is survived by sons Michael Scruggs (Terese) of Lusby, Maryland, Gary Scruggs (Kathryn) of Conifer, Colorado, and Patrick Scruggs of Woodbury, Connecticut, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and companion Ellen Witmer.

He is a 34-year veteran of our nation's Armed Forces and retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1970. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Rausch Funeral Home.
