Delores Plumer Wilson of Newburg, Maryland, died on Wednesday, May, 14, 2008 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. She was 61 years old.

Born on July 6, 1946 in Lebanon, Virginia, she was the daughter of Lora B. Plumer and the late Rit Plumer. Delores was a school bus driver for Charles County schools and Koch Bus Service for 23 years which she loved and missed. She was a life long resident of Charles County who loved baking and cooking, shopping, gardening, going to the beach and most of all, hanging out with family..

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her two sons Stacy Wilson and his fiancé Sherri and Donnie Wilson; friend Harry Thompson; step-sons Bo Thompson and Jake Thompson; step-daughter Jeannie Thompson; sisters Patsy Gray and her husband Larry, Rita Sydnor and her husband Al, Brenda Bowie and her husband Mike, Theresa Collins and her friend Kevin; brothers Ricky Plumer and his friend Brenda, Michael Plumer and his wife Dawnetta; grandchildren Donald J. Wilson Jr., Shelby Wilson, Kelsea Wilson, Tony Clark, Brittany Wilson, Savannah Wilson and Cierra Robinson; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation on Sunday, May 18, 2008 from 2PM to 4PM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A. 5635 Washington Avenue La Plata, Maryland 20646 where Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 11AM with the Reverend Aaron Rummage officiating. Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, Maryland. Pallbearers are Ricky Lee Plumer, Wayne Gray, Michael Plumer, Donald Jacob Wilson, Harry "Jake" Thompson and Jeffrey "Bo" Thompson.
